I was moving from Long Island to NJ and LIberty Transportation and Storage was the company my employer contracted for the move. I was nervous about the move after reading these reviews, but my experience was nothing short of Stellar. Dave and his team showed up on time and were incredibly fast, careful, efficient and friendly. They treated my stuff as if it were their own. I could not have asked for more thoughtful and careful movers. All of my things arrived, with not a single thing damaged, inclusive of fragile china. Everything went like clockwork. Our things were unpacked and Dave insisted that I inspect everything and make sure that everything was in the room I wanted it to be in. What an amazing experience. This team was the best indeed.

Best experience ever with a moving company from start to finish. The movers arrived right on time and were friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. They packed everything very carefully and mindful of all the instructions I gave them. They even wore shoe covers when going in/out of my new home to ensure cleanliness on a very snowy day. Thank you to The Liberty Group for your hard work and ensuring a smooth transition to my new home!

The Liberty Group made our move three weeks ago so easy. They were so nice and helpful and took very good care of all of our belongings. Moving from a house that you've lived in for 20 years isn't easy but they made it so. I would recommend them to anyone! Awesome company. Great people!

A team of four very respectful men came to my mother's home and made the move happen. I was impressed with the care they took to check each item, point out anything in advance we should be aware of, wrap everything securely, and pack it onto the truck. At the other end, they were careful to cover the new carpets, very patient with our directions of where to put things, and very pleasant and professional over all. Many thanks, Liberty Group

They Liberty group just moved us! They did a great job. They kept us informed on everything and showed up to move us on time. Our sales rep Randy was great as well as his assistant Barbara. Would definitely use them again!

Had a great experience moving our furniture from our old house, into Liberty's storage and then into our new house a few weeks later. The moving crew was fiendly and helpful on both ends and took great care of our possessions. I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience using Mayflower for my recent long distance NJ to FL move which included a few months storage at their facility. Nothing lost or broken and dealing with customer service both into storage and then out for delivery was a breeze. My CS rep, Celeste Paris, was always prompt in answering my questions and did her very best to keep me updated every step of the way. I had a horrendous experience with another mover for my son a year earlier, also NL to FL, so Mayflower is now my mover of choice and will highly recommend them to all.

I have used the Liberty Group 4 times. Three times to move and one time for long term storage of a lot of possessions. They have moved me long distances twice and have done an outstanding job, and they have moved me locally once and done the same great job. The reason I have used them more than once is because of the job they did the first time. Their driver was on top of things and the movers were always very pleasant and very hard workers. The storage was great, the office people were great, and their prices are very fair. They are professional movers. They know how to bid a job right, they can store your possessions safely, and they are great, honest people to deal with. If I move again, I will use them without a question.

I was moving from New Brunswick, NJ to Plainsboro, NJ so it was a local move. I found these guys through Mayflower Movers after my experience using another company to move to New Brunswick a few years ago. I will not go into details but let me just say that this time around, I planned a lot better and chose them. What they basically do is work with a select group of movers in the area and then direct you to them. Liberty Group was the one who serviced my area so, that is who we went with. From day one they have made this process so smooth I almost could not believe it! Brian came out and did the inspection and he was very professional and gave me some peace of mind when he said that it was an easy move as we are moving from a two bedroom to one bedroom. Honestly I just wanted to get the hell out of my old neighborhood as fast as possible and was very anxious. Barbara at their office was very prompt with her responses and extremely helpful. Juan and his team who arrived the day of the move where absolutely excellent and I realized that this is because they really are professionals.They showed up an hour early which I greatly appreciated and only went over one hour but did not charge us for it so basically, what we where estimated and what we actually paid (around $940) was correct. This company saved me so much stress, you have no idea. I was stressing about this move since late November and when the day came, they made it so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend Liberty. They are true professionals and I will definitely use this company again.

We have used Liberty Transportation for all three of our moves, because quite frankly, it is stress-free leaving the moving process in their hands. Every facet of each of our moves was handled in a professional matter, with the outcomes being a positive and great experience. Calls to the office were always forwarded to the proper person or returned promptly, our estimators were accurate and helped put us at ease, and the moving crews were absolutely awesome and handled our goods with expertise! We were also impressed with Liberty's state of the art new warehouse (we needed storage facilities for a few months) and nearly-new and spotless trucks and equipment. We have, and will continue to recommend this moving company to friends and neighbors!

I have used Liberty for both personal and business moves, as well as storage for my company. Everyone from management team to the movers themselves, do a wonderful job.. They take a very professional approach to even the smallest job and they always complete on time and cost effective.

Although we initially had some concerns about the billing of our move, we received a more than satisfactory response from a letter we sent to Liberty Transportation. A phone message left by the President followed a call from the General Manager, Jeff Randolph. Mr. Randolph, in a very professional way, explained some issues, answered my concerns and the company admitted that our move, in some respects, could have been handled better. We received a much appreciated apology from Mr. Randolph and are appreciative of his response. As novices at moving, we realize that we should have been more questioning. Our advice to anyone moving, get estimates, ask questions and don't be afraid to question what seems unclear.
