Network partners have agreed to utilize ClearStar reports to ensure service providers interacting with transferees during an international move meet the highest safety, ethical and employment standards.

Customer Service Focused

Liberty Moving knows that customer service is crucial to the success of every international move. Liberty Moving assigns a move manager to each of your employees to offer consultation and support during their move. Liberty’s move managers are fully trained in all aspects of international relocation including (and not limited to) move costs & pricing, forwarding logistics, overseas transit protection policies and documentation requirements.  What this means for the client is that you have just one go-to person that will handle all the aspects of your move. Your move manager acts as a single point-of-contact and a personal guide throughout the entire move process, ensuring a successful transition.

Our eyes on your move from start to finish! While in transit, move managers will coordinate each of the various stages of the client’s shipment — including ground transportation, port of exit handling, international transportation, port of entry handling, and customs clearance through the final delivery. Upon arrival at the relocation destination the move manager will coordinate scheduling final deliveries. In addition, they will also obtain any necessary documentation needed and assist with any settling-in services that may be required.

Shipment Tracking: 

Our online shipment tracking and reporting access, giving move mangers and customers complete visibility to the status of a shipment. 

Destination Data: 

Your employees will have 24 hour/daily access to our online destination data portal. The database is authored by country specialists and includes information on more than 180 countries. This valuable online tool provides information about culture, housing, language, currency and much more to help clients quickly adjust to their new surroundings.
