The Summit Police Department has been running an annual food drive to benefit two organizations that assist homeless families within Union County, specifically the City of Summit (Family Promise Union County & The Junior League of Summit) for the past few years. This year, we are celebrating our 5th year of running this event. Each year the Liberty Group has been generous enough to donate boxes for the department to utilize as collection bins and to package the food with for delivery. I am reaching out to see if the Lusardi Family would be interested in doing the same as last year (and years previous to that), in addition allowing us to place them into our press release and on our flyers.
